It was a comfortable and gorgeous hotel in a good area, next to the centre of Thamel and the airport. A huge variety of excellent food, we greatly enjoyed it. The amazing service and the attention to detail! The location was great and stunning, only 5 minutes walk to a lush garden.

My recent stay at Flying Yak was exceptional. The dorm I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a thick mattress and soft blanket. The bathroom was spotless and the shower always had hot water. The hotel provided free WiFi, a large private safe, and fresh drinking water. The location in busy Thamel was perfect for exploring, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a noisy group outside my window and a shortage of cold water in the shower, I would still highly recommend Flying Yak for a pleasant and affordable stay in Kathmandu. I had a great experience at this hotel.
